U.S. Army Lieutenant Donald W. Harris of College Station, Texas, left, supervises distribution of food to dependents of Vietnamese villagers who come to the regional defense training center, located in Coa Long of the Kien Phong Province of South Vietnam, to learn how to defend their homes from the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. Shown with Harris is his Vietnamese counterpart, Lieutenant Be. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition, March 2, 1966.
