Description
Bill Blass sees summer whites for women of all ages. Mother's white pique is marked with gold chains at the shoulders and the waistline- giving a military touch with the standing collar. The white woven stripe child's dress has a row of lace daisies from the collar to the lowered waistline. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition April 18, 1968.
