Description
Some paper garments have been waterproofed by a plastic treatment so nothing happens when you are caught out in the rain in your paper dress. This outfit, from Carnaby Street (USA) has blue and white dress and a coat treated to make it rainproof. Mrs. John Elliott models it. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition January 18, 1967.
