Mrs. Marcus Lopin, center, and Mrs. Bel Ferguson, members of Women in Community Service (WICS), watch Mayor Willard Barr sign a proclamation honoring the organization. WICS is composed of volunteers from the National Council of Catholic Women, National Council of Jewish women, National Council of Negro Women and the United Church Women. They have helped screen applicants for the Women's Job Corporation and assisted the Community Action Program. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition October 18, 1966.
