Grover Shaunty, head of the Fort Worth office of the Community Action Program, explained program to about 60 representatives of social organizations, clubs and churches. Shaunty proposed recreational programs for teenagers in the summer. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning edition July 11, 1966.
