A proclamation designating the week of October 15, 1962 as National Newspaper Week was signed by Mayor John Justin, left. Receiving the proclamation were, Jack M. Campbell, exalted ruler of the Fort Worth Elks Lodge, center, and Bill Turner, a representative of the lodge. The Elks annually honor newspaper venders at a special dinner. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition October 15, 1962.
