Representatives from Fort Worth high schools approved the constitution for the Fort Worth Inter City High School Council. The organization was explained by planning committee members. Three of the members are visiting advisor Gerald Ward, right. Members are, left to right, Terry Lewis, Kay Brown and Murray Cohen. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening April 25, 1969.
