Five blocks of buildings were down, but clearence of the county convention center site remained up in the air Monday as county and insurance officails worked to untangle contractual problems. Photo, looking east, shows salvage and rubble left when first contractor, behind schedule, left the job. About eight blocks of buildings remain to be wrecked. Fort Worth Star-Telegram
