Description
E. Clyde Whitlock, former music critic for the Star-Telegram, was unable to attend the Women's Civic Club banquet honoring him as Senior Citizen of the Year. The Texas Girls Choir, under the direction of Mrs. Shirley Carter (greeting him), serenaded Whitlock at Medicenter, where he is a patient. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning May 26, 1969.
