Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Armstrong were presented the Arts Council of Greater Fort Worth's "Patrons of the Arts" award during the council's third annual banquet at Fort Worth Club. Marion L. Hicks, president of the council, left, announced selection of the couple. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning March 18, 1969.
