Description
Taking a stroll on the lakeside terrace where lotus candles glow on a pool are, left to right, Miss Yuko Sato, Minoru Nojima, and Mrs. Hubert G. Foster, with Michiko Fujinuma of Texas Christian University. Nojima and Miss Fujinuma will play in the semifinals of the Van Cliburn competition. Miss Sato is a visitor of the competition, Motonari Iguchi, Japanese concert pianist and president of Toho-Gakuen School of Music, who is serving for the second time as a juror in the competition.
