    Tympanist Richard Taub (right) is photographed with a new set of kettledrums that was gifted to him by the Symphony and Orchestras. Shown next to him are (left to right) Ezra Rachlin, conductor of the symphony orchestra, Rudolf Kruger, conductor of the opera orchestra, and Mr. and Mrs. Karl H. Mueller, who made the gift. With this instrument planning to be heard at the symphony program at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning edition January 23, 1968.
