Sunder Daswani explains the intricacies of custom fitting to Mrs. Pat Patton who is modeling a yellow brocade with white floral motif formal copied from a Fontana original. The outfit partly hidden at right inspired another of the dresses modeled at the Opera Guild luncheon. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition September 17, 1968.
