Description
Texas Fine Arts Association board members Emile Guidroz, center, and Mrs. Ernest O. Allen present a Gene Owens bronze entitled "Descension" to Raymond Entenman, director of the Fort Worth Art Center, for the center's permanent collection. The sculpture was won by local Region 15 as an award for excellence in statewide competition in Austin. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition September 2, 1965.
