Description

The trio shown will be featured at Town Hall Junior College Youth Committee rally in Forest Park. The singers, who call themselves "The Citizens Three", are Rusty Haws, 18, Frances Retting, 17, and Jeff Hightower, 18, left to right. The rally will be held just west of University Drive on the south bank of the Trinity River. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition July 15, 1965.
