Description
John C. Garner is conducting a field check of the state's historic houses of architectural interest which will produce a traveling exhibition to be shown throughout the country. The goal of the project is to record the Texas architecture of the 19th century. Thus, The University of Texas and the Amon Carter Museum of Western Art in Fort Worth have partnered to produce the traveling exhibition. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning edition March 15, 1964.
