S. M. (Smitty) Langford, co-owner of Sutter's Barbecue, 7233 Grapevine Highway, draws a tray of ribs from the fire in preparation for the establishment's grand opening. His partner in the enterprise is Ben Sutter. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition August 23, 1963.
