Image shows a truck owned by E. B. Hallmark, 301A W. Parkside parked on 1000 block of University Dr. After rainstorm, the truck is sunken in mud in the soft fill of the new storm sewer trench. Two unidentified people on right of truck. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, April 21, 1951.
