Doctor W. J. Danforth, left, director of the Fort Worth Safety Council presented awards to 22 drivers for Railway Express Agency. Center is J. E. Mattley who received award for 10 years driving without accident and right, J. W. Palmer, who had been driving 14 years without a mishap. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition April 17, 1951.
