Image shows Charlie Thomas, elevator operator at county courthouse for past 20 years. He is shown standing inside elevator behind cage. The elevator was built to hold six passengers. He is supervising the installation of a new elevator. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, April 23, 1951.
