Airman James R. Burley, 19, of Fort Worth, has been assigned by the Air Force to the University of Syracuse, New York, to study Russian. He took basic training at Lackland Air Base and pre-language work at Brooks, AFB, San Antonio. He is the son of Mrs. Patricia Burley of 3020 Aster and a graduate of Amon Carter-Riverside High School.
