Lewis I. Bourgeois, left, sampled Fort Worth coffee and smiled his approval, but his companions, A. Miles Pratt, center, and Rear Administrator W. F. Riggs Jr., all of New Orleans, chose tea in lieu of Louisiana-style breakfast brew at Hotel Texas. They are here with a delegation of New Orleans business men. Three men sitting at a dinner table, drinking tea or coffee from a cup. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, March 4, 1951.
