Brig. Gen. David W. Hutchinson, Sam Engel, producer of "Follow the Sun" and Dr. Alton S. Ochsner of New Orleans, left to right, converse before the world premiere of Hogan's life story. General Hutchinson arranged for a B-29 to fly Dr. Ochsner to El Paso, where he operated on Hogan after his near-fatal accident near Van Horn. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, evening edition March 24, 1951.
