Description
An authentic model of a Stetson hat like those worn by trail drivers who pushed big herds of cattle north through Texas in the 1800s has been presented to the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association. The hat will be placed in the association museum which is planned as a part of the headquarters in Fort Worth. The hat created quite a bit of comment during the association convention in Dallas when it was worn by Lewis Fields of Western Feeders Supply in Fort Worth who posed in the hat for the accompanying photograph.
