This oil painting, "Space and Scape" by John Erickson, received the $300 first prize, offered by Bertram Newhouse, in the current Local Artists' Show. Erickson is a member of TCU's art faculty. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition March 25, 1951.
