E. W. Harrison, Fort Worth artist and former commercial art teacher at TCU, received the $100 Newhouse prize for excellence in the oil medium with this painting, "Mountain, Plain, Canyon," in the artists' show here. This Exhibition, made up of work of Tarrant County artists, is now at the Fort Worth Art Association gallery at Public Library.
