Description
The working model of the Will Rogers equestrian statue in the foyer of Fort Worth Art Association's Public Library gallery brought a friendly smile from Dr. Grace L. McCann Morley. The San Francisco art museum director, here for an address was familiar with pictures of the large statue and called it real "local color." Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition March 16, 1951.
