George Brame, left, is shown presenting the all-city rifle team championship trophy to Cadet Staff Sergeant William Powell Glenn for the Technical High School's winning team in the match held the previous week. Between them two ROTC sponsors are visible. Mrs. Nell Lagrone of Tech, left, and Miss Clara Mae Mcleod of Polytechnic, right. Brame was the commander if Railway Mail Clerks American Legion Post, the donor of the trophy. Another unidentified cadet is visible to the far right of the image. Published in the evening edition, February 28, 1951.
