W. J. Hancock, left, is shown at an event hosted by his Paint and Wallpaper Company. The event 50 West and Central Texas dealers. Mrs. Mildred Altwasser, center of 2917 Crockett, stands modeling a dress made from wall-paper. To the right, Charles S. Miles, a sales representative of the Nancy Warren Company of Chicago, stands looking on. Mr. Miles attended the event to detail his firm's wallpaper styles to dealers. Published in the morning edition, February 25, 1951.
