Mrs. Gwen Palmer, left, of 1025 Lipscomb is shown serving French fliers, Corporal Jean Dubey, center, from Nice, and Corporal Jacques Achard, from Paris, at lunch given to the, by the Gamma Chi chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha, at the Armed Forces Center. Mrs. Palmer was the state president of the sorority. The fliers were stationed at Sheppard Field. Published in the morning edition, February 11, 1951.
