Harvey Richardson of Elmore City, Oklahoma, left, displays the grand champion barrow banner won by his 95-pound hog at the Stock Show after the animal was sold for 3$ a pound at the auction to Swift and Company. At right is Jack Lowe Swift's head hog buyer, who made the successful bid. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition February 3, 1951.
