Description

Image shows a frozen broken pipe. The frozen pipe is off of Scenic Dr., one block north of Marigold, spray from the pipe froze solid in a formation about 15 feet high and 25 feet wide, loading nearby trees with icicles. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 31, 1951.
