Pictured here from left to right is, Mr. Charles Neblett Jr. of Stephenville, and Mr. and Mrs. R. Pryor Lucas of Berclair. Mr. Neblett is seen presenting an engraved pocket watch and matched luggage to the couple on the behalf of the Hereford Association. Lucas, at the time, was retiring from a two-year presidency. Events took place in Hotel Texas.
