Description
Traffic Officer H. O. Glass, right, "fixes" a $1 parking ticket with Corporation Court Clerk Walter Paschal, at left, after a Fort Worth man told Glass he would give him a $500 check for the March of Dimes as his organization's donation. Glass said the $1 he used to "fix" the ticket would be his contribution to the drive. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition January 18, 1951.
