Reverend Jock Troup, director of the "Victory Center" for servicemen at the First Baptist Church, sees that Private First Class Victor W. Hatch, seated, of Carswell Air Base is well supplied with material to write a letter. The new center, located on the second floor if the church at 4th and Throckmorton is open. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition January 8, 1951.
