Description
Stalled cars are shown in the 900 block of E. Belknap where a street underpass is proposed for the Sante Fe Railroad crossing. City and Sante Fe officials have gone to work on cost estimates for the project after a preliminary conference recently in City Manager Jones' office. Financing for the job expected to cost around $750,000, would have to come from the railroad, city and the state. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition January 8, 1951.
