Description

Mr. and Mrs. Thad Franks, who have lived for 29 years at 3916 Clarke, knotted the rope around the last box they packed in preparation to moving to a 1 1/2-acre tract for leisurely living near Keene. Franks retired from his job as a merchandise stock clerk for Binion-O'Keefe Storage Company after working the last 53 or his 74 years at a variety of "city" jobs. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition January 3, 1951
