County Legal Adviser Jesse Brown, at left, administered the oath of office in County Commissioners Courtroom to C. H. (Punch) Wright of Arlington, former courthouse building engineer, who was elected Precinct 2 commissioner. He succeeds W. W. (Mike) O'Farrell, who is entering private construction business. Wright is the brother of United States Mahal J. R. (Red) Wright. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition January 1, 1951.
