Major General Roger M. Ramey and Mrs. Latane Ramey are shown with their parents after their wedding in Shelbyville, the bride's home town. Left to right, Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Ramey of Denton, the general and his lady and the bride's father, T. P. Worsham, of Shelbyville. The bride was Miss Latane Worsham, until recently a Fort Worth resident for eight years. General Ramey, formerly stationed at Carswell Air Base here as commander of the 8th air Force, now is director of operations for the United States Air Force in Washington, where the couple will make their home. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition December 28, 1950.
