Description
The Rottweiler attached to Roman armies in the days of the Caesars is still little known in Texas. Ian, 10-month-old Rottweiler above, owned by Joseph H. Claffy, 5606 Pershing, is one of the few in Texas. The dogs are black with tan or mahogany markings on chest, cheek, muzzle and legs. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition December 17, 1950.
