Newkirks, were among committee chairmen of the Fort Worth Garden Club kept busy finishing preparations for the annual Christmas bazar in Westower Town Hall. The bazar will be open to the public without charge. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition December 15, 1950.
