Description
A balsam tree, decorated with ornaments made by hand, with the exception of lights, was entered in University Garden Club's Christmas placement show, by Miss Mary Herrings. The old-fashioned tree looped with tinsel and strings of cranberries won a blue ribbon. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition December 15, 1950.
