Maurice H. Lockwood, center, vice president of International Minerals and Chemical Corporation, was talking about industrial expansion of Fort Worth when the picture was made. His listeners were Harold S. Foster, left, assistant manager, and William Holden, executive vice president of the Chamber of Commerce. Ground will be broken for a new fertilizer plant for Lockwood's company in Fort Worth. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition December 13, 1950.
