    These five Mineral Wells High School graduates decided to carry their comradeship on into military life, and enlisted simultaneously at the Air Force recruiting station. left to right, standing, are Troy Kearby, son of Mr. and Mrs.. H. G. Kearby; Bunky Hunt, son of mayor and Mrs.. G. D. Barber; seated, Jimmy Veal, and Jackie Jughes. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition December 12, 1950.
