Luis Ware of Chicago, president of International Minerals and chemical Corporation, yelled for help when he encountered hard ground in turning first shovel of dirt of a new industry in Fort Worth, while Mayor Deen (left), and Maurice H. Lockwood, vice president of International, watched the ceremony. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition August 14, 1950.
