Flurries of snow did not keep 3-year-old Pamela Ruth Forster of Buffalo, New York, from seeing the Star-Telegram community Christmas tree. Holding her little niece and namesake is Miss Ruth House wright of Fort Worth. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition December 6, 1950.
