Roy Martin attempted to tame "Cat Tail", the horse, in the saddle bronc competition at the opening of the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show rodeo, but it was all in vain. "Cat Tail" threw him. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition January 28, 1950.
