Four-year-old Diane Spivey daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milam Spivey of 3012 Golden-rod, gave her contribution to the Elks Club-Salvation Army Mile of Dimes to help crippled and under-priviledged children. With her are C. C. Barnhart, left, Elks exalted ruler, and A. M. Reese, esteemed leading knight and chairman of the Mile of Dimes campaign. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition December 2, 1950.
