The two-hour show was arranged by comedian Jerry Colonna and featured acts from Bob Hope, Jerry Colonna, Marilyn Maxwell, Les Brown and his band, Jimmy Wakely, Judy Kelly, Jack Kirkwood, the High Hatters, the Tailor Maids, and Hy Averback.
