The first girl from left to right, won a grand prize in the statewide finals of the "Make It Yourself With Wool and Mohair" contest at Hotel Texas. Her name is Barbara Hendricks of Roscoe, junior division winner. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 22, 1950.
